2026 Seasonal Site Fees for Newcomers

​

​The seasonal site fee covers May 1 – October 31. If you choose to leave your trailer in the park over the winter, there is a separate winter storage fee of $300 plus HST (covering November 1 – April 30)

​

We have 3 pricing tiers for seasonal sites, subject to availability.

​

• Park Centre  $2750 plus HST

• Ravine-Side  $2875 plus HST

• Pond View  $3000 plus HST​

 

All seasonal sites come with water, sewer-hookup and electricity. Electricity is metered and billed to residents monthly.
